Recruitment & Selection Process of the employees of Pran-RFL of Company, Bangladesh Private Limited: An overview

Abstract

This internship report explores the recruitment and selection process at Pran-RFL Group of Industry, Bangladesh Private Limited, based on a three-month internship completed as part of the MBA program at Uttara University. The report provides an in-depth analysis of the company's human resource practices, focusing on how efficient recruitment and selection contribute to the supply of skilled manpower—a critical aspect of organizational success. The report is organized into several chapters: an introduction outlining objectives and limitations; a company overview including mission, vision, and product offerings; methodology for data collection; an analytical discussion of recruitment challenges and prospects; and recommendations to improve HR practices. The final section highlights personal experiences and tasks undertaken during the internship. This report aims to bridge academic knowledge with practical understanding of HR functions in a major Bangladeshi industrial group.
