Operation Procedure of Branch Banking on DBBL :Uttara Sonargaon Janopad Branch

Abstract

This report highlights the operational procedures followed in branch banking at Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), specifically at the Uttara Sonargaon Janopad Branch. It focuses on the daily functions, services offered, and customer management techniques applied at the branch level. The study examines various operational areas such as account opening, cash handling, remittance, loan processing, and ATM services. Data was collected through interviews with bank staff and observation of internal procedures. The report offers a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s workflow, challenges faced in branch operations, and suggestions for enhancing service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
