HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICE IN PARTEX STAR GROUP

Abstract

This is the project report based on Human resource practices in Partex star group under Human resource division, as a requirement of my MBA program of school of business of Uttara University.This project report include how HRM management works, what are they possible divisions and work distribution in an HRM, recruitment process , training and development initiatives , how to keep employees engaged as well as how can Human resource practices can influence perceived organizational performance. Human resource division in Partex star group with almost all the wings of HRM like, Recruitment, learning, and Organization Development, Compensation, Pay and Benefits and HR Administration . Partex Star Group is highly organized and as well as target oriented . There are different types recruitment procedure of Partex Star Group.
