dc.description.abstractWay Mart Apparels Ltd., a key player in Bangladesh's Ready-Made Garment (RMG) sector, has shown notable growth and made significant contributions to the country's economic development. However, the company faces considerable challenges in maintaining product and service quality. Despite a growing awareness of Total Quality Management (TQM), the RMG sector in Bangladesh has often focused more on ISO 9000 certification rather than implementing comprehensive TQM practices. Research highlights that TQM practices are crucial for sustaining competitive advantage, and HRM plays an essential role in fostering a TQM climate within organizations. This study proposes a procedural framework aimed at enhancing TQM practices within RMG companies, emphasizing the importance of HRM as a mediator for sustainable competitive advantage. The findings of this research aim to bridge the existing gap in literature regarding the integration of TQM practices, HRM, and business sustainability in the Bangladesh RMG sector.
