| dc.description.abstract | Abstract Employee motivation is a crucial force propelling individuals towards the achievement of specific organizational goals and objectives. 1 Recognizing the vital role of human resources alongside physical and financial capital in organizational success, this study aims to elucidate the significance of effective employee motivation. Motivation, a fundamental factor influencing human behavior, not only shapes perception and learning but also significantly impacts an individual's overall performance within an organizational context. 2 This inherent importance forms the rationale for selecting this research topic. Driven by an interest in the psychological nature of motivation – an intrinsic willingness to work rather than an externally imposed force – this study underscores the critical link between motivated employees and enhanced productivity, ultimately enabling organizations to attain higher levels of output. | |
