| dc.description.abstract | This article examines the relationship between equal opportunities, human development, and the role of private universities in developing societies. The author argues that equitable access to education is a fundamental prerequisite for sustainable human development. Private universities, when properly regulated and aligned with national education goals, can complement public institutions by expanding access, improving quality, and fostering innovation. The article emphasizes the need for policy coherence, quality assurance, and social responsibility to ensure that private higher education contributes effectively to inclusive development and human capital formation. | |
