The study provides a technical examination of the current Smart electrical car, namely G2V (Grid to Vehicle) and V2G, as it is adapted to the next-generation Smart city idea (Vehicle to Grid). The Internet of things (IoT) is a practical and crucial instrument that is being implemented into practically every aspect of developing Smart cities. Also, the IoT integration in the current Smart electric car prototype has been examined, along with its current and potential future applications. An overview of intelligent transportation systems opens the introduction to this study. After describing how the system has evolved in that part, a map of the regions using the Smart transport system is presented. Most notably, case studies of a few of the earlier and contemporary IoT prototypes in the area of Intelligent transportation systems have been thoroughly examined, along with their shortcomings and suggested strategies for future advancement
