Abstract

This project report explores the Human Resource Management (HRM) practices within the textile sector of Bangladesh, with a focus on how HR departments contribute to organizational success through strategic coordination of human capital. Through practical exposure, the study examines the internal workings of a textile organization's HR department—its recruitment strategies, employee retention efforts, training and development programs, and overall employee management policies. The report provides a comprehensive overview of HR functions such as staffing, performance management, and employee benefits, while also detailing the organizational structure and culture. Emphasis is placed on how modern HRM in the textile industry goes beyond administrative tasks, playing a crucial role in aligning workforce management with strategic business goals. The findings highlight the efficiency and structured approach of HR departments in the textile sector and how they empower employees to enhance productivity and organizational performance.
