Abstract

This internship report aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience through a three-month placement at Classic Melamine Industries Ltd. (CMIL), located in Konabari, Gazipur. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the company, including its history, vision, mission, organizational structure, and market positioning. The study emphasizes the operational and managerial practices observed during the internship, particularly focusing on factory management, product processes, and organizational performance. Both primary and secondary data sources were used to analyze the company's practices and gather insights from fieldwork. The report concludes with key observations, challenges encountered during the internship, and recommendations for improving factory management and operational efficiency.
