Established in 1981, PRAN-RFL has emerged as one of the most profitable and innovative companies in the country, playing a significant role in the development of the agricultural sector and rural areas. The report begins with an overview of PRAN-RFL Group, its product offerings, organizational structure, and job responsibilities in the Human Resource Management team during an internship. The analysis focuses on five years of financial data from 2016 to 2020, providing insights into the company's financial performance, fundamental ratios, and market ratios. Positive and negative factors influencing the company's performance are highlighted, followed by recommendations for improvement in key areas. This report serves as a reflection on the learning experience, which includes handling work under pressure and recognizing the importance of strategic decision-making for the long-term success of the company. | |
