Abstract

The Conveyor Belt System with Color-wise Product Sorting and Counting Facility is designed to address the growing need for automation in industrial processes. The system automates the sorting of products based on their color while simultaneously counting them in real time, eliminating the inefficiencies and errors associated with manual operations. It utilizes advanced color detection technology, integrated with a conveyor mechanism and a microcontroller-based control system, to ensure accurate and reliable performance. The project demonstrates a cost effective solution applicable across industries such as manufacturing, food processing, and recycling. The implemented system successfully achieves high sorting accuracy and counting reliability while operating efficiently and with minimal human intervention. By reducing dependency on manual labor and increasing productivity, the system contributes to industrial automation aligned with Industry 4.0 standards. Furthermore, its scalability and adaptability make it suitable for a variety of applications. This project not only showcases the practical application of modern technology but also paves the way for future enhancements in automated systems, emphasizing sustainability and innovation.
