dc.description.abstractThe success of any organization largely depends on the efficiency and adaptability of its employees. While financial incentives are often assumed to be the primary motivator for workers, intrinsic rewards and job satisfaction play an equally critical role in employee retention. In the face of a dynamic and competitive business environment, organizations must invest in employee training and development to remain competitive and sustain valuable human capital. This paper explores the strategic importance of training as a tool for enhancing employee capabilities, organizational performance, and retention. It also examines differing scholarly perspectives on the impact of training programs, highlighting their potential influence on turnover and workforce development. Ultimately, training is presented as a multifaceted human resource practice vital to personal and organizational growth.
