This article examines existing policies and practices in these education sectors and identifies key challenges such as curriculum relevance, quality of teaching, examination systems, and access to education. It emphasizes the need for comprehensive policy reform, improved teacher training, modernized curricula, and effective governance to enhance learning outcomes. By aligning education policies with national development goals and labor market demands, the secondary and higher secondary education system can better contribute to sustainable development and social progress.
