“Supply Chain Management processing of BURO Bangladesh’’

Abstract

This report presents an in-depth overview of the procurement and supply chain management practices at BURO Bangladesh, based on my internship experience in the department from June 9, 2020. The study offers valuable insights into the entire supply chain process of the organization, covering various operational activities and environmental aspects of the workplace. A key component of the report is a survey conducted on BURO Bangladesh’s procurement and supply chain management, utilizing a probability sampling technique, as the population size was known. The survey findings highlight existing problems within the department, supported by justified results. Based on these findings, the report provides practical solutions and detailed recommendations to address the identified challenges, aiming to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in BURO Bangladesh’s supply chain operations.
