| dc.description.abstract | This paper investigates the role of manpower planning and employee development in improving productivity within healthcare distribution systems. With growing demand and operational complexity in the healthcare sector, efficient workforce management has become essential. The study focuses on how strategic planning, employee training, and performance management contribute to better resource utilization and service delivery. Drawing from HR data, interviews, and organizational reports, the research highlights key gaps in current practices and suggests measures such as continuous professional development, skill audits, and succession planning. The findings support that a proactive approach to manpower planning can lead to significant gains in distribution accuracy, speed, and overall organizational productivity. | |
