Abstract

This report presents a comprehensive overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices at Real Café, a company operating in Bangladesh. It includes a literature review of relevant HRM theories and principles, along with a detailed profile of the organization covering its mission, vision, goals, structure, and legal status. The study examines key HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment and selection processes, training and development initiatives, and performance appraisal and promotion systems. Using data collected primarily through informal interviews with company executives, the report aims to describe the practical application of HR strategies within Real Café. It provides insights into how the organization manages its human resources to achieve operational effectiveness and align with strategic business goals. The report concludes with a summary of findings and overall evaluation of Real Café's HRM practices.
