Using data collected primarily through informal interviews with company executives, the report aims to describe the practical application of HR strategies within Real Café. It provides insights into how the organization manages its human resources to achieve operational effectiveness and align with strategic business goals. The report concludes with a summary of findings and overall evaluation of Real Café's HRM practices.
