Electronic Banking in Bangladesh

Abstract

The banking industry is one of the fastest sectors realizing the developments and changes in the field of technology innovation. This study examines the development of E-banking in Bangladesh. The study also investigates the effectiveness of Bangladesh banking industry. The objective of the project report is to evaluate the significance of electronic system integrated in the banking sector for providing convenience services to their clients and the overall impact cause by electronic services on bank transaction. The project report has applied descriptive methodology to analyze the impact of electronic banking services. On the other hand, when comparing with other samples in the world, using the internet banking in Bangladesh has not reached to required level yet. It is

more than important to take some precautions. The comprehension of tendency of using E- banking, will be effective on speeding-up development of E-banking increasingly. In the banking

sector, professional training can be given to banking officials, so that they can effectively work on the electronic system. The satisfaction has covertly impact a customer inclination towards electronic banking and electronic banking has positively influenced the banking transaction.
