“Impact of Absenteeism in Production Level” a Study of Arterior Windows Ltd.

Abstract

Arteriors Windows Ltd. is one of the most leading Glass factories of Bangladesh. This report has been prepared on “Impact of Absenteeism in Production Level”. This report also contains the product and service offerings of AWL, vision, mission, objectives and other associated topics. In this report, I have discussed why did I choose the topic in the background part? I set the following objectives in my report: (1) How absenteeism decreases the production level. (2) Find out the reasons of absenteeism and how to decrease the absenteeism. To accomplish my internship report I have to collect the data from two important sources. Primary data were mainly collected through direct interview and face to face conversation whereas secondary data were collected from company’s website, AWL’s Bluebook, Profile of AWL and related research books and papers. Collected data were organized and analyzed in descriptive way and data presented in table.
