This report analyzes the strategic HR environment of the Dying and Printing Industries Group in Bangladesh, one of the largest industrial groups in the country. The aim is to examine the recruitment and selection processes, alongside the development of a strategic HR plan that supports high-performance management. The report utilizes both primary data, collected through face-to-face interviews, and secondary data from websites and annual reports. It is structured into six chapters: the first introduces the objectives and limitations of the study; the second provides a theoretical overview of the Dying and Printing Industries; the third discusses data collection methods; the fourth presents objectives such as recruitment processes, PESTEL analysis, and SWOT analysis; the fifth offers conclusions and recommendations; and the sixth details project experiences related to worker recruitment. Key findings indicate a significant challenge: insufficient human resource manpower within the organization.
