Abstract
The "Password Based Circuit Breaker" project addresses critical safety and security challenges in managing electrical systems. This innovative solution employs a password-controlled mechanism to regulate access to electrical loads, nsuring that only authorized personnel can activate or deactivate the circuit breaker. Utilizing an Arduino Nano microcontroller, the system integrates a keypad for password input, an LCD display for real-time feedback, and a relay for controlling the electrical load. When the correct password is entered, the relay is activated, allowing or disallowing the connection to the electrical load, while incorrect entries trigger an alert through a buzzer. This project not only enhances operational safety but also mitigates the risk of unauthorized access, particularly in high-stakes environments such as industrial settings. The design includes a backup battery to ensure continuous operation during power outages and a booster circuit for stable voltage levels. By integrating digital control with traditional electrical components, this project exemplifies a secure and user-friendly approach to managing electrical systems, paving the way for safer applications in both residential and industrial contexts. Ultimately, the "Password Based Circuit Breaker" contributes to reducing electrical accidents and enhancing the reliability of electrical infrastructure.
