This study examines the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) on the economic growth and development of Bangladesh. It highlights the role of FDI in enhancing industrial productivity, generating employment, and transferring technology. The research analyzes trends in FDI inflow, sectoral distribution, and policy measures taken by the government to attract foreign investors. Based on both statistical data and qualitative insights, the study concludes that while FDI has significantly contributed to the country's economic progress, challenges remain in infrastructure, policy stability, and ease of doing business that must be addressed to maximize future benefits.
