dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the quality of online banking services provided by financial institutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and user experience. Through a combination of customer surveys and interviews, the research assesses various aspects of online banking, such as ease of use, transaction speed, security measures, and the availability of customer support. The findings indicate that while most customers appreciate the convenience and accessibility of online banking, there are significant concerns regarding system reliability and security. The paper concludes with recommendations for improving the quality of online banking services, including better user interfaces, enhanced security features, and more responsive customer service.
