Abstract

This project report is a partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Uttara University. It aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the dynamic world of business, specifically focusing on the financial and banking sectors. Conducted under the supervision of faculty members, the report emphasizes the recent global financial fluctuations, with particular attention to their impact on the banking sector. The study reflects observations, analysis, and an understanding of real-world scenarios, enabling a practical application of academic knowledge.
