This study explores the economic crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic, with a particular focus on Bangladesh, a densely populated, lower-middle-income country facing significant challenges in implementing mitigation measures. Motivated by the global severity of the virus, especially its impact in 2020, the research highlights the difficulties in enforcing social distancing and providing adequate healthcare due to limited resources. The paper emphasizes the need for mobile sanitization, temporary quarantine centers, and robust cooperation between the government, citizens, health professionals, and international bodies. Additionally, the study investigates how COVID-19 affected business lending tools and provides insights into treatment strategies for those infected. The findings aim to serve both as a reference for future researchers and a guide to improving economic resilience and public health responses in crisis situations.
