dc.description.abstractThis project explores the importance of employee training and development in enhancing organizational performance and individual growth. It examines various methods of training, such as on-the-job training, workshops, mentoring, and digital learning, while assessing their effectiveness in boosting employee skills and morale. Drawing on primary data from employee surveys and secondary sources like HR reports and scholarly articles, the study finds that a well-structured training program contributes significantly to higher productivity, job satisfaction, and staff retention. The paper concludes with recommendations for continuous learning strategies aligned with both employee aspirations and organizational goals.
